A little bit about Erin...

Hi there! I'm Erin and I am a Lifestyle Natural-light Wedding, Engagement, and Portrait Photographer based in Fresno, California. As your photographer, I make a commitment to treat you as if you were my only client. I look forward to getting to know you and your fiance, and capturing every moment of your love. I promise to share your love through fresh eyes, purely, freely, and with great care. With light, emotion, and love, your memories will come alive for years to come! I love being a part of the special moment's in people's lives, and am so honored to be allowed to photograph them! I'm a relaxed, easy-going person and I love to have fun with my clients. After all, photography is fun! If you're not in the market for a photographer right now, stick around anyway! I don't always talk about nerdy photography stuff, or how fabulous I am, and hopefully we'll have some good laughs along the way! Thank you for your interest in my work!

Rolls and Thanks!

This year I have so much to be thankful for. I am finally coming out of my awkward becoming-an-adult phase of my life. I have a small family of my own, mostly of cats, and I have finally been described as “understanding” by a friend for the first time in my life! I guess I’m just getting mellow in my old age…

My mom was out of town visiting her parents this week, and my sister is still in Boston for Grad school, so we had Thanksgiving at Richard’s mom, and aunt Carol’s houses. My dad who is in town was given an open invitation to participate, but instead declined the social invitation to stay home and lounge around the house in several different pieces of flannel, watching TV with his four dogs…

Despite not having Thanksgiving dinner at my place, and because I like to cook, I volunteered to contribute homemade cranberry sauce, and freshly baked honey-white rolls. After making one batch of 24 rolls, and eating about four… I looked at the measly allotment and shreiked, “OH No! I need to make more!” And then proceeded to make 24 more rolls, and then two hours later eat another two… Luckily, enough rolls made it to dinner, and no one seemed to notice the 6 rolls that were missing…
